Windows 10: Why is my computer so slow?

Just a few days ago, my computer was fine. Nothing wrong, no issues, nothing. But just a day or two ago, Powerpoint said something about a serious issue caused by some file. I dismissed it, thinking it was just some glitch, but yesterday, my browsers began acting up, which may have been the cause of some maintenance of some internet thing. And now today, my browsers are ridiculously slow, and all my Office programs take forever to open, which is a problem, because I can't do much schoolwork without Powerpoint and Word. And yes, I have tried using another internet source since then and yes the maintenance is over and it's still very, very slow.

I looked at another thread saying that it may be because of low storage or memory, but I still have 40 gigabytes of space left. Should I move some stuff/delete it or is it something else?

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.
