  1. Why is my computer stuck on widows 10 rollback for more than 15 hours

I recently got a windows 11 update and I could not play valorant so I tried fixing it but it would not let me get into my advanced setting of the computer, since then my monitor only turned on once I was on the log in screen and if I tried turning it on myself it had no signal. So I decided to rollback to windows 10 but after doing it that I have been stuck. I have tried shutting do n after like 10 hours and after turning it back on it was back to the windows 10 rollback. Anyone know a solution to this?

    :)

  3. Windows 10 rollback stuck

    Hi Andrea,

Corrupted system files after trying to rollback are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. Usually, restarting the computer should resolve the issue.

If the issue still persists even after restarting your computer, we recommend repairing Windows thru Advanced options. Follow the steps below:

    • Press F8 while booting your computer to access System Recovery options.
    • Click Troubleshoot.
    • Select Command Prompt.
    • Enter the following commands below, then press Enter after each command:
      • chkdsk c: /f
      • bootrec /fixmbr
      • bootrec /fixboot
      • bootrec /rebuildbcd
      • bcdboot c:\windows /s c:
    • Once done with the above commands, restart your computer and see if the problem is fixed.

Keep us in the loop with the result.
