Windows 10: Why is my computers Time not working

Recently I turned on my pc from sleep and I went to look something up but it said my time certificate was bad due to the wrong system time, it says the correct minute and hour and day of month but 2064 40 years in future. Restarting did nothing no matter how may times i tried. I went to windows services and restarted windows time which work until I put my pc into sleep mode. I've reinstalled windows I replaced my CMOS battery and realized bios time was set to 2064, so I changed it and fixed the issue for a couple days, now I got the same problem but none of the earlier solutions work, I don

It's a laptop and it has a battery so I don't think that will work unless you want me ripping out the battery repeatedly

Failure to access the Start menu and missing icons can be caused by a corrupted user profile. To isolate your concern, we suggest that you perform the following steps to trigger
Safe Mode through the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) option and create a new user account. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Improper shutdown process
  • Turn on your computer. When the Windows logo is visible, unplug the power source of your computer. Perform this step three times.
  • On the fourth time that you turn on your computer, just simply wait for the
    Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) window to appear.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click
  Restart.
• Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the
  F4 key to start your computer in Safe Mode.

Computers Vanished From File Explorer But Network Still Works

I agree with @Try3. I have tried every suggested method to fix Windows networking suggested on these forums. All at best only worked for a short time. The only things that helped was:

1. Batch file I suggested in an earlier post
2. Creating shortcuts to computers on my home network

Note these two things are not fixes but workaround. However, at least they help and have never failed. I have shortcuts set up for eight computers on my home network. I have created a folder on my desktop called My Network to hold the shortcuts. They have a mix of the following operating systems:

• Windows 10 - 4
• Windows 7 - 3
• Windows XP - 1
