    Why is my CPU and GPU going to 100%


    So basically since the beginning of this week I noticed that my pc fans are going nuts but when I openers the task manager I saw that my CPU was at 100%I have a i5 from the 10th gen and a gtx 1630And everytime I open a game my cpu is doing a lot more work then it was before

    100% CPU and GPU usage

    Everything was fine until yesterday. Today it started with 100% CPU and GPU usage in Apex Legends. Upon further checks, its happening in all the games - Rainbow 6, GTA V. I do have a very strong feeling that it has something to do with windows, as we all
    have seen 100% CPU usage bug in the past.

    Specifications:

    i5-8600k

    MSI 1060 6GB

    16GB RAM

    Motherboard: Aorus

    Power supply: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4

    Resolution: 2560 x 1080

    Was working fine not it just crashes my game the game is Tom Clancys Rainbow six siege but I can barely also start up other games

    Why is my CPU and GPU going to 100%

    Windows 10 CPU usage 100% when Nvidia GPU enabled

    I've had the same problem, and have exactly the same GPU model. I was able to set the drivers back to factory default, but any update I've tried (including the most recent) causes the massive cpu usage. I've contacted tech support for both Nvidia and Asus,
    and followed all the steps they suggested, with no luck.
