Windows 10: Why is my cursor jumping all over my screen?

Every hour or two that my computer is on, my cursor starts jumping around the screen and clicking randomly. It appears to be a touchpad issue as I can turn off the touchpad to make it stop moving, and then use a mouse just fine. I thought that the problem might be dust either on or under the touchpad. However, I have found that restarting the computer fixes the issue until the next time the cursor goes crazy again. I tried updating all of my drivers to the most current ones with no luck. P.S. This could be related, but sometimes my touchpad just disables itself as well. When this happens and I

Last week I was going through the list and the 'Clean Boot' seemed to work. But this morning (Monday) the cursor is back to jumping around the screen erratically. It's really hard to work as I need to keep dragging the cursor back to where I need it and
most of the time it's jumps away while I'm trying to move it. Very frustrating!

Cursor and screen jumping around

I have Lenovo laptop. I cannot type anything, anywhere, any program without the cursor and screen jumping around and I then have to re-type. In just these two sentences, I have had to re-type 6 times. I have done some of the things suggested in forums,
but nothing has worked. Make that 9 times now. The screen also jumps around and I assure you I am not touching the mouse pad.
