Windows 10: Why is my dell monitor lagging, but is the only one lagging out of my 3 monitors?

I run an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics. I have a dell E2420H monitor, my laptop itself and a GAOMON drawing tablet with a screen as my monitors. Something may be wrong with my dell monitor, because everytime i use it with certain games, it stutters or slows down, but only on that monitor. I'm wondering if it may be a computer issue.

Second Monitor Lag

Hey. My second monitor has enormous amounts of lag when connected. I use Windows 10, my second monitor is 1920x1080, while my original monitor where the DVD recorder is located is 1600x900. It lags on the 1080p monitor, while the default monitor works flawlessly.

How do I troubleshoot this?

 

Dual monitor lag

I have a 144hz acer xf240h monitor as my primary monitor then my secondary monitor is 60 hz. obs lags really hard if i stream at 60fps and play fortnite at 144fps but if i play fortnite at 60fps it is smooth. How can i fix this?

 

mouse lags with 2 monitors

I have a new pc 4 month old with a radeon RX580 card, when I connect the secound monitor my mouse lags across both screens, I've tried them in different hdmi ports , windows sees both monitors and they work fine but this mouse lag is driving me crazy. Any
help please
