Windows 10: Why is my Desktop constantly Rebooting

My Pc desktop Has been restarting at random for about a month and I've had it for about 2 years without any problems. It doesn't happen when I'm playing games, only when I'm using small applications like Spotify, chrome and other launchers. My screen goes black for a few seconds and then shows my motherboard screen as if I turned my pc back on. I have done numerous attempts to fix it- Malware Test- Check Wiring- Cleaned Inside from Dust- Update Drivers- Attempted a Windows Install Patch There was no Problem FoundAfter each attempt to fix it, the problem goes away for about one day or less.

Tried to review the events and dump files but cannot solve the issue.

The PC is constantly rebooting itself.

Remote desktop rebooting

Computer Constantly Rebooting

The plastic clip that the heatsink latches onto is broken, the heatsink is not seated properly and this is a problem that would need to be fixed regardless if it's the cause of the reboots or not. It's apparently a common problem with the Dimension 2350 according to my Googling.
