Windows 10: Why is my desktop display zoomed out and I cannot touch anything

This happened randomly while a student was working on it. I do not know how but the display is zoomed out and you can do absolutely nothing on the computer. You cannot press any key combination except CTRL, ALT, DELETE you don't see task manager, anything that is on the computer software wise, you cannot save or press anything its just frozen in the center as if you are about to swap application like you would a tablet. I've seen people say it might be tablet mode but nothing I press to get it out of that mode works at all. its just stuck like this. why and how do I fix this or prevent from ha

Zoom in Adobe

• Choose the Page Display category.

randomly zoom in after upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7

I upgraded a desktop pc (non touch screen) from Windows 7 to Windows a week ago. The upgrade went smoothly, but it randomly zoom in by itself with all web browsers and the MS words. When that happened, it gradually zoomed in step by step until 10%. I turned
off the magnifier, but no luck. I tried to disable the magnifier by rename the magnifier.exe in system32 folder; that won't work either. I rolled it back to windows 7, no randomly zoom in any more. Any suggestion?
