Windows 10: Why is my device so slow

Peace be upon you, I suffer from the age in Windows, I feel that it is slow with me than usual when I downloaded Windows 10, it was fast, but after the time passed, there was a lag and it takes a long time when you boot Windows and the specifications of the device, you will find it in the picture, and please reply quickly

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
