Windows 10: Why is my disk usage randomly go to 100%?

My computer randomly freezes every few minutes, I've noticed it normally happens when the disk usage reaches 100%. But I don't really understand what is causing the problem because most of the time all the apps are at 0 MB/s. Please help, I have no idea what's going on.

100% disk usage error

my pc randomly crashed and I got a BSOD error, now it takes 30 mins to start up and my disk usage is always at 100% in task manager.

Specs:

Windows 10 Professional

• Graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
• Installed RAM 16 GB
• Version 1909
• Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
