Windows 10: Why is my downlapd speed spiking up for a bit and then drops back to 0 mbps?

Hey! My dpwnlapd speed reaches about 12 mbps then drops back to 0mbps after less than a minute and it switches between 0 and above 10, it never is constant on windows 11, but when i use the same Ethernet cable on the same internet connection on other software different from windows 11 it doesn't drop to 0, and the download speed is way higher between 20-60 mbps

How many devices that are connected to the internet, possible that you been experience a high traffic connection to your internet,that's why the speed drop while you were downloading and if only one device is connected, I suggest to run a speed test, make sure
to get the download speed and then the Upload speed, if the Upload speed getting only 1mbps and then you have an issue to your connection, and I suggest to contact your service provider and to trace your line connection and asked what is the upload standard
upload speed that you have in the package of your internet, because if your getting a 40 Mbps of speed expect the upload speed should be more than 5 Mbps to 10 mbps.that will depend what packaged that

 

Internet speed drops to 3 mbps when Hotspot is enabled

I have a problem with a windows 10 hotspot. When the hotspot is off the internet has an average speed of 30-40mb/s. When I start the hotspot the speed drops to 3-5 mbps. Has anyone had a similar problem before?
