Windows 10: Why is My Forgot Password option not working?

Today, My PC froze so I did a restart, And when The PC turned on This message Showed.And when I Clicked on Set up my pin , It Like restarted and Showed the same Message.When I tried using Password, It is showing incorrect password, but It is my correct password. I used the same password to login into my Microsoft Account [It was the same account that is logged into My PC.]. It is not working And when I clicked on the forgot password option, It restarted and Showed the same Screen.And when I turned to Reset My PC, It is asking for my password. AND WHEN I CLICKED ON FORGOT PASSWORD, It restarted

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

Forgot Windows 11 password, 'forgot password' option not working.

I forgot my pc PIN. now I can't signin, the forgot password option is not working when I click nothing happens. PC is connected with internet. How can I reset password now?? I have access of my Microsoft account, can I change or know my computer pin using Microsoft account??

If this is not possible,

Can I remove that time limit, appears after entering wrong password??

So that I can try unlimited times.

Also I can access cmd. (by renaming the cmd.exe file to utilman.exe)
