Windows 10: Why is my Fortnite running low even though I got a good pc

I have a really good pc but my Fortnite frames are low still my cpu is barely effected by Fortnite and I have 16 gigs of ram but my fps is still not good what’s causing this? Also my cpu is an Intel i core 7

Computer lags when I try to run Fortnite

Prior to the issue, I changed some settings on my computer to make fortnite run better (Fortnite ran fine for a week after I changed the settings). I dont think that it was that that caused the problem... I do have the latest patch for fortnite ( I reinstalled
Fortnite entirely and checked for updates). And I always update my device to the latest version. If you’re wondering what settings I changed, theres a youtube video about how to increase framerate in Fortnite by Panjno (the latest version). Thank you for

Is this a good gaming PC?

6 core Ryzen R5 and GTX1060 ... it's a good mid range combo and Fortnite is going to fly ... however, there's nothing about power supply on the list (pretty important) and you could do with a better motherboard (listed model doesn't exist but I suppose it's MSI B350M PRO-VH)

Make sure that you are not running the game at a resolution or graphics setting that your PC cannot handle. You can try lowering the graphics settings or running the game in windowed mode to see if that fixes the issue. Please follow the steps below:
