Windows 10: Why is my game running in background?

My game "blur" is not completely opening. I just installed it hours ago and I played it just 2 times and when I tried opening it the third time and other times it just appeared in task manager as a background process. The more I open the blur background processes shown.

• Which are the games you are trying to launch?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error notification while trying to launch the game?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

I would like to inform that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86,
usually occupy 1 GB of the storage space.

I suggest you to run disk cleanup to free the memory: Free up drive space in Windows 10
and check.

a game (OggaBogga.exe) only runs in the background

Hello, the game "OggaBogga.exe" seems to be running in the background and cannot be launched properly. Let's fix this:



1. Check background activity settings:

Open the Settings menu.

Go to System > Power & Battery > Battery Usage.

Find "OggaBogga.exe" (if listed) and select "More options" (three vertical dots).

Make sure the setting for "Let this app run in the background" is enabled



2. Task Manager:

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).

Look for "OggaBogga.exe" under Processes > Background Processes.

If it is running, try to end the task and then restart the game



3. Additional troubleshooting steps:

Use Task Manager to disable unnecessary background apps and processes.

Consider checking if there are any updates or patches for the game.

Verify that your system meets the requirements for the game (especially VR games).

Restart your computer and try to launch the game again.

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
• Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
  
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.
