Windows 10: why is my gaming laptop so slow and bad even tho i have gotten it after 2 days?

Heya i have gotten this new gaming laptop its the MSI Cyborg 15 A12VF-025UK Intel Core i7 16GB 512GB RTX 4060 144Hz FHD 15.6 Inch Windows 11 Home Gaming Laptop its brand new got it like 2 days ago, but i have been getting freezes, my internet is quite bad in my room but i have gone in the living room where the wifi box and i cant even like click stuff without it freezing or not working, i have only downloaded 2 games valorant, i had that for a day and it was working perfectly ofc internet problems but thats cause wifi wasnt good but overall it was good, recently i wanted to get apex, and apex

Core 2 Duo for laptop CQ40-314TU

I have found something about CPU Upgrade on the Intel's Website, the manufacturer of my laptop's chipset (GM45 Chipset). Currently, the CPU which this laptop is using (Dual Core T3400) is NOT in this list: http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=35509
The laptop's chipset also support Core 2 Extreme Technology, which I think the latest CPU Technology.
I have another laptop called Acer Aspire 5572ANWXMi that is using the chipset 945GM which support the T7600 (like you suggested) and it is in this list: http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=22816
