Windows 10: why is my google chrome automaticallu closing instantly once i open it, i am on windows 11

whenever i open up google chrome, it pops up for half a second and closes, and there is no information about it on the windows logs. I have tried reinstalling google chrome and resetting my pc, but nothings seems to help. Also, when i try to download minecraft launcher it gives me the error code "8024001e".

Google Chrome refreshed but opens and closes instantly

My son's computer is new (2 days old), word 10. Today when he started it up, a refreshment of google was underway afterwhich he was unable to open the Chrome page. It opened quickly to present the homepage of the research engine Bing and then closed nearly
instantly. Can anyone help me please?

 

Can't Launch Google Chrome or Firefox. They close instantly.

I have had LOTS of issues trying to launch Google Chrome and Firefox. Whenever I launch the browser it instantly closes within 1-2 seconds. I've messed with MSConfig and disabling and enabling non-windows services to try and stop the interference but it didn't work. I then thought my account was in a family and the restrictions were limiting browser usage and then I removed my self from the family and changed the birth date to 2000 to ensure it was old enough, that didn't work. I then did even more research and found that none of the solutions I could find could fix this isue. Can someone please help me. I'm on Windows 11. Version s1H2. It was installed on 6-11-2023. OS build 22000.2003.

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.
