    Why is my GPU RTX 4090 3D usage keep going up and down constantly, even whilst idle.


    it sits at 30%. my gpu seems to be hotter than usual aswell. i think i may have downloaded some kind of virus recently, from this gpu usage im thinking its a bitcoin miner of some sort. i have done many scans using norton and done a windows defender offline scan. nothing has shown up. i am really worried and thinking about comepletly resetting my pc. wil this get rid of any malware i might have? will it solve the problem. i have the latest video card drivers and nothing is open no programs, just sitting on my desktop im getting 30% usage and it keeps going down then back up. it sits at 30% wh

    High GPU Usage When Idle

    In task manager it says that "Service Host: BcastDVRUserService" is randomly hopping around anywhere from 20-50% GPU usage while idle, and "Desktop Windows Manager" jumps around anywhere from 5-30% usage. My GPU is an RTX 2070 Super if that makes any difference.
    This never was the case until recently, I have no idea if it was something I downloaded but I always make sure I download trusted things. I've tried looking this issue up but it seems people have a problem with high CPU and memory usage instead of GPU, but
    my CPU and memory have been acting perfectly normal. Would really appreciate any help as this is a new pc and it's been giving me a ton of anxiety. Thanks
