    Why is my i9 12900k constantly hitting 100% of usage even in non demanding apps


    I have a pc with an i9 12900k an rtx 3080 ti 32gb of corsair vengance rgb ram and a 1000w psu. For some reason my cpu keeps hitting 100% usage even tho no demanding apps are open.i tried turning off startup programs disabling the antivirus changing power plans but no success. Also every time i delete the ultimate performance power plan it pops up again after some time. Any help will be much appreciated Thank you for your time

    Have you tried check if the issue occurs in safe mode\clean boot?

    If not, I suggest you to follow the steps suggested to boot into safe mode and check.

    If the problem does not exist in safe mode, try to perform a clean boot (from the
    link you have provided) and check.
