Windows 10: why is my ID BitLocker and SMS not working?

Hi! I was playing a game and out of nowhere, my pc just crashed and I couldn't do anything, so I turned off my PC and turned on again, but when the pc booted it showed the ID BitLocker screen 'cause my secure boot was changed unexpectedly, and then I went to my microsoft account to try to see it but it asked me to login and verify my phone number and I can't recieve any sms only when I try one of that options.Also, I turned off and on again the secure boot it didn't changed anything.pls help!thank you!

How to recover Bitlocker Recovery ID if lost

Hi All,

I have locked my HDD with help of Bitlocker but missed to save recovery ID.

Please suggest me how to recover/generate bitlocker id to open encrypted HDD. it requires 48 digits bitlocker id to recover HDD.

 

Bitlocker ID not working

1) ts Old laptop is showing in my hotmail id as can be seen the pics attached.

2) Both the laptop are showing in the microsoft id; however bitlocker id is showing for only new laptop against both the laptop credentials.

3) email id used is the same... its so happen that when i registered new laptop, old laptop bitlocker id gets overwritten?

 

Recover BitLocker key from Key ID

It doesn't work. The specific device I need to recover the key is not on the list, neither an option to retrieve the BitLocker code using its Key ID as the blue screen says.
