Windows 10: Why is my laptop acting like I'm holding down the downwards arrow key any time I try to...

So I just got this laptop because my previous one was having the same issue, but with the old one I just thought it was old since it had a few years under it's belt. This new one I haven't even had for 90 days is doing the exact same thing. I can't even access my settings because it's constantly trying to scroll down when I'm trying to interact with the menu. Same thing with my windows/start menu, I can't access anything. It doesn't affect any of my apps for some reason though. ie, discord, chrome, spotify, or even steam, but anything that has to do with the base compute apps freaks out so lon

Ok, so just yesterday my computer started acting like I was holding the down the down arrow key. I naturally thought this was just a faulty keyboard problem, so I unplugged my keyboard, and it still did it. I tried turning off sticky keys, it was already
off. I don't know if I need to reset my computer or something. If you could tell me that would be great.

 

When I hit shift + m it acts like the enter key

Hi, I've been having an issue for a couple of months where when I hit shift + m it acts like the enter key whilst holding shift at the same time. This is very annoying when I'm typing things and searching up stuff. Please help me out here.

 

My "U" and "N" keys are acting like up and down arrow keys

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made?

Please try to follow the steps below:

Kindly press FN key + W or press FN key + Left Arrow key.

Restart your device and check if the issue still persists.
