Windows 10: why is my laptop is shuttering while playing video on browser?

so i have a hp laptop HP 15-db0000 Laptop with apu AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G and 8gb ram of 1866MHz. it gives watchable framerates while playing offline video players like vlc. but when try to watch anything on browser, youtube on any quality for example, it lags so badly its like i'm watching a slideshow and it overheats too. its not internet buffering cuz i can watch yt fine on my phone. i stopped the overheating by reducing max processor speed to 70% it peaks at 79-80 degrees now. is there anything i can do that is not monetary. i tried every error checks possible b

Videos not playing

Hi,

I am also having an issue with my videos not playing on any browser for windows 10. So I followed the steps that you listed for the video option but there is
no folder called Display Drivers. There are folders called display adapters and disk drivers however. Maybe I should uninstall one of those?
