Windows 10: why is my laptop like that?

so for the specs, its a intel core i3 gen 10, uefi-gpt, have secure boot turned off and the iso is from the microsoft link for windows 8.1 no drivers or etc etc and my usb is also stable support both 2.0 and 3.0. the boot usb is made with rufus 4.4a little more specific about the problem:it only happen with windows 8.1 but not on others windows 10 or 11i cant f10 or f8 and i can only spam enter or f10 until the screen changes to be a little more specific winload.efi missing or broken but thats also everything that it actually shows up on the screen if you can help me then thank you

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
