Windows 10: why is my laptop not instantly reactive?

    why is my laptop not instantly reactive?


    my laptop is not fast at all i have tried a lot of optimization techniques from many videos and all but they only made my laptop less laggyi just want my laptop to start working smoothly and instantly which it never did it literally became laggy and everything after one month of buying it it literally takes 5-15 seconds for startup menu to react and open after pressing the button and same applies to all teh applications and all the searches i do in start up menu i have tried and a lot of basic optimization methods and also checked if overheating is the problem but no overheating is not the

    Windows 10 instantly reactivates after hibernate


    I'm not entirely sure if it's hibernate or sleep. But it's the only option available in the shutdown menu, so i hope you know what i'm talking about.
    It's a desktop. And it does put the machine into sleep, but it instantly turns the machine back on. I have no idea how to troubleshoot this kind of issue. I've found plenty of people having problems not being able to initiate sleep, but my problem is getting it to stay in sleep. Hopefully some of you have some suggestions on how to get started with this kind of issue.
