Windows 10: Why is my laptop only showing a black screen after saying preparing windows for 10 minutes?

Its a lenovo laptop on windows 10.I have tried absolutely everything it will only respond to control alt delete where i can load up task manager.I think it was caused by a faulty update but I just cannot find anyway to fix itIve hard reset it so many timesIve pressed Ctrl Shift windows Band ive pressed Windows + Pits super slow and the CPU is at 100%Please help!!

it shows that for about 5 seconds and then the screen turns black With a white foggy bit

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
