Windows 10: Why is my laptop suddently so slow

So I have a laptop i5-1135g7, 12gb ram, 256gb storage and it was working just fine 10 minutes ago but now it is very laggy, almost unusable. When I open the task manager it says that my cpu usage is only 5% and for the ram it's about 40%. Also I've noticed that my cpu clock is stuck at just 0.19 Ghz while my base speed is 2.42Ghz. I've tried restarting and it doesn't work so can someone help me?

Windows 10 becomes suddently very slow and unusable after July 2022 update

Hello,

Not sure that it's related to Windows but since 1 week, we have very strange things happening on laptops.

They becomes suddently very very very slow and unusable and if we check CPU and memory, it's all at 100% but... it's like we miss some piece of CPU and memory.

Laptops becomes very hot and we have to shut them down.

It happens on few numbers of laptops at this moment but it's very strange. It starts just after the july 2022 patch (Windows 10). Not sure that this is related or not to this patch update.

Does someone have similar issues ?
