    why is my lockscreen preview gray?


    I was looking at my personalise tab and checked my locked screen preview it seemed to show in gray color. It is set to my windows spotlight but its gray in preview forsome reason.

    I had solved my 2D & gray screen issue using advice posted by erocker (see below)
    Mainly it involves creating a profile and putting higher 2D clocks:

    Setting the Preview pane to show or hide in File Explorer will apply to all folders. If you wish to hide the Preview pane in File Explorer, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

    • Open File Explorer.
    • Tap on View tab.
    • Click Preview Pane to view/hide it.
