Windows 10: Why is my memory go to 3 gb to 131 gb???

After 2 days later, I checked the memory then I see "Apps & features" now go to 3 gb to 131 gb! How do i fix this???This is the proof:

how can you have a 460 GB file on a 16 GB drive

would suggest a format of mass memory

 

3 or so GBs - delete some 10 GBs from computer - left with between 2 and 3 GBs????

Hi a really difficult question and I understand those who have tried and can't but how can I take 10 GBs off my computer when I have nearly 4 GB and end up with about 3 GBs. By my calculation that means I must have been working with - memory. I was doing
this to place Windows 10 downloads on computer. I have removed the one download it permitted but still have only about 3 GBs on the computer - as I say after deleting more than 10 GBs.

 

Why 2.66 GB usable in 4 GB ram?

Thanks to everyone for their valuable suggestions. I guess the problem was with the OS.Because after increasing my ram from 4 gb to 8 gb still the usable memory was 2267 mb out of 8 gb, then I did a clean install of Windows 7.Now everything is fine and smooth, and usable memory is 7.9 gb out of 8 gb.
