Windows 10: Why is my mic volume auto adjusting?

I've tried every solution on this issue with no results. I cannot get my mixer for my mic input to stop automatically adjusting! ive turned communications to do nothing, ive also disabled the control setting for the mic and ive tried an exterior extention. im sick of it an frustrated !

Adjusting Mic Volume for different programs

Trying to figure this out here. My mic volume has been fine in TS or Skype. But I recently picked up Dxtory and my mic is quiet in there. I have mic volume set to 100 and no Mic boost. I'd rather not use boost, but today I tried it out and it worked fine. Then I realized Dxtory is connected directly to the volume for your mic in Windows. Which is no problem I figured I would just drop down TS and Skypes outbound volume and be fine. Well Skype that works fine with, but it seems I can't in TS. So I'm stuck with 2 programs (TS and Dxtory), both tied to Windows Sound Settings, but one picks up my voice fine and the other picks it up low. I can't think of a way around it, any ideas here?

 

Speaker have auto adjust volume

I have noticed my speakers are quite quiet. This will sound confusing but it has two different volumes on the same volume number. If I click the mute quickly, it goes loud and then auto adjusts back to be quiet. I don't know why this happens but I want
it to be louder but it just keeps auto adjusting sound. Note. the volume number doesn't go up or down when it auto adjusts. Anyone know how to fix this
