Windows 10: Why is my Microsoft Designer Image Creator not working?

Hi, about a week ago my Microsoft designer stopped working and whenever I load it in, I get "it looks like Microsoft designer is unavailable for this account", I tried using my other email account but its the same thing?, on my phone too, and on the app, what's going on?

Before one signs up to Microsoft designer (image creator) it offers 3 different templates to choose from. If we choose anything else but the original 1024x1024, we get only errors while trying to use the text to image function.



Why are there 3 different templates to choose from if only one works?

We couldn't find where this app belongs to so we simply picked one.

Oh dear they're still pushing that. I STILL don't like the metro tiles and stuff!
