Windows 10: Why is my Microsoft profile page all in Russian?

I am not Russian, nor do I speak it. Why is my profile page defaulting the language as Russian while any other website I visit, its English. Would appreciate some help.

I am sorry! But Windows update don't do nothing after selected Russian keyboard from list. I see only bottom< Remove>
