Windows 10: Why is my Microsoft store downloads stuck on pending

I am using a new pc with windows 11 and have not been able to successfully install anything from the Microsoft store, i have tried to reset and repair it from the settings option and still having no luck, the main app i want is the Xbox app but even when i try to download it from the website rather than the store it stops at the same spot each try and doesn't finish the download

I have recently subscribed to to the gamepass for PC. I tried downloading the XBOX app on Microsoft Store but it seems to be stuck on pending, same with the other apps. I've noticed this problem a few weeks ago but didn't pay attention to it until now. I have tried many solutions from the web including fixes with powershell, cmd, logging off and signing in again on the microsoft store, reseting the app , but none have worked. I tried downloading the XBOX app from the microsoft site, still the installer was stuck with zero progress "Making things awesome". I need help.
