Windows 10: why is my mouse moving in all opened window and when i click it clicks in all opened...

i was playing my game and after moving the mouse in the game i click to shoot but it was like the mouse was moving in both the game and desktop because the mouse cursor showed even if its not shown in the game and i had to click again for it to go back to the game and it keep doing that

There's also a setting to INTENTIONALLY have items in Explorer open with one click. I gave it a try for kicks and never went back. It requires you to re-learn how you open much of anything, but once you've got it -- it makes things much faster.

2. In the Settings window, under Related settings, click the Additional mouse options link.
3. In the Mouse Properties window, click the Buttons tab, if not already selected.
4. On the Buttons tab, adjust the slider for the Double-click speed option, then press OK.
