    Why is my new laptop suddenly crashing with a BSOD? Minidump files seem to point to...


    This HP 17z-CP200 laptop is less than three months old but lately started crashing every time I use it. It is only used about 6 hours a week for a simple web-based software application called MyTurn for checking out tools from a tool library. It just suddenly stops working with an error that is only displayed for about 10 seconds, then it shuts down. Usually when we restart it, it looks like it doesn't even have a wireless adapter - there is no option to turn WiFi on or off, like it doesn't even have WiFi capability. Eventually WiFi starts working but then it crashes again within about an hour

    BSOD Driver_Power_State_Failure minidump

    Every so often I get BSODs due to Driver Power State Failure. I've tried the conventional wisdom of reinstalling corrupt drivers in Safe Mode w/ Networking, but to no avail. I saved a minidump of the most recent crash, but I had problems trying to analyze it in WinDBG (something about incorrect symbol paths... at that point it was too technical for me to comprehend). Could someone please analyze this minidump and advise how to prevent future BSODs?

    Flickering screen at startup, crashes, and BSOD after instaling new GPU

    Here are some that are close to the BSOD crash time but i dont think they have to do anything with the BSOD.

    BSOD minidump help

    I have a new laptop that is experiencing multiple bsod with multiple stopecodes. I have tried every check/upload/download/reinstall/suggestion I can find but still have the problem. I've looked at the minidump but am still clueless as to exactly how to proceed.
    If there is anyone that can help analyze the minidump, I would truly appreciate it.
