Windows 10: WHY IS MY ORDER STILL "PENDING" WHEN I'VE ALREAY BEEN CHARGED?

Hey, so...

I ordered an Oculus VR headset, and it's stillpending?


I've been charged, so can you explain thepending bull ****?

This is a late Holiday gift, and I'd highly appreciate some explanation instead of some rambling about "contact customer support" and ect.


I am pretty unsatisfied with howMicrosoft is handling the "tracking."

I have never had a package I've spend a few hundred dollars on not have live tracking. This is ridiculous.


I've gotten the e-mail, and the bank statement.

Pending order

i recently ordered an xbox one s from the site, on the 4th and it still sais the order is pending, but my card was charged and the momey was taken out of my bank, thank you for youre time and understanding

 

Pending Order

So yesterday around 12pm. I ordered a Surface Pro 7. My order keeps telling me “Pending” and I’ve been checking every hour since yesterday and my order hasn’t changed at all. My credit card says “Pending Payment” though it’s been charged. I called customer
support yesterday around 3pm to see whats up. The person told me that I’ll get it by October 30th, Wed. But my order still tells me its “Pending”. I’d like to know whats going on. Amazon tells me right away but I bought it here because of the student deal
they have for me. I need this as soon as possible.

I also ordered my Dell Laptop on 17th and still shows pending. Called customer support and they say it should be delivered by 7 business day.

I finally got an email saying that they shipped the laptop
