Windows 10: Why is my organization still able to manage my computer after I've deleted the account off...

After making the mistake of logging into my work email, it forced me to change my password. I'm not okay with that so I deleted it from my Access Work or School. However, a month after deleting, my computer is now forcing me to change my password again because of my "organization". Why is this and how do I stop this from happening?

GAH! accidently deleted a user account

its gone. not there at all.

i was deleting another old account that was no longer being used and somehow both got deleted.

i did it from the users and groups management panel in computer management.

Note: When you want to delete a user account from your computer:

You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to delete a user account.

You will not be able to delete a user account that is currently signed in. You will need to sign out the user first.

Press Windows key, click on Settings.

Click on Account, click on Family and other users.

Select the user you want to delete under Other users and click on Remove.

Accept the UAC (User Account Control) prompt.

Select Delete account and data if you wish to delete account and the data and follow onscreen instructions.

Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, select Command Prompt (Admin).

Type net user and hit Enter to list the user accounts on your device.

Type net user "User account " /delete and hit Enter to delete the user account.

 

Having trouble with "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.
