Windows 10: Why is my PC bit locker locking me out every month and why am I getting 150 updates a year?...

I have two main topics. They are my computer bit locker and teams.I bought a Dell gaming PC from Amazon a year ago. The hardware is fine with a graphics card, ssd, and 16 gigs DDR4. Since I bought it, my laptop does a recovery restarts at least 2 or 3 times a week and a bit locker restart about once a month. Also I feel like these are caused by updates because they always happen when it asks for an update. I shut it off at night with it updating and then when I get back from work and turn it on the next day it happens. The recovery ones are fine because it only takes like 5 minutes to get it w

Hi all. My laptop has locked and it's asking for BIT LOCKER key and I don't have it. I have searched under my account and it says it's not there. I have gone under the TROUBLESHOOT option to reset the PC and it's not allowing me to do it. How do I restore back to factory settings?
