Windows 10: why is my PC crashing when even attempting to open the internet or settings?

I have a prebuilt from best buy. ASUS - ROG Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-11700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB HDD + 512GB SSD - BlackModel:G10CE-VRI73060SKU:6479509Dump file-https://www.mediafire.com/file/3bx3kslihcioxw0/110323-8828-01.zip/fileHalf of the time when I try to log in it crashes and restarts the PC. Other times I can get in but if I try to pull up internet or Windows settings it crashes again.&nb

Add-Ons for Firefox crash since update to 80

I left Firefox open over night and attempted to login to LastPass this morning - all the addons crashed. I had Firefox Task Manager open at the time and before attempting the login all addons were in the list and not using very much resources. After attempting login, all of the addons disappeared from the Firefox Task Manager list.

I will try the additional suggestions.

If I want to try a new profile without losing my saved/sync profile (and hopefully with the option of syncing my data back into the new profile) what steps should I take? Or is it just a given that if it is profile corruption, the sync profile is junk...?

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.

  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.

  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
