    Why is my Pc Freezing while gaming?


    My computer freezes and I can't do anything about it until I force restart my computer. This is really annoying and at first I thought it was my temperature but I had the temps on screen and it crashed and the last temps recorded were: GPU- 75 C and CPU- 55 C. Aren't those like...normal temperatures? So what could be causing this? The games that this happens on so far are Black ops cold war and dead by daylight.

    RX 580

    Ryzen 5 1400

    8gb ram

    Some ASUS motherboard

    500 watt psu

    1TB SSD

    This is a prebulit pc and I've never had problems like this before.


    I've tried everything and now I'm losing hope because everything I'm testing looks fine! Please help.
