Windows 10: Why Is My PC Lagging Even Though It Is Good?

Hello, My Laptop Has Recently Been Experiencing LAG Even Though I Think It Is Quite Good. Especially in games the FPS has been dropped really low.Specs: Computer: nVidia RTX 3060 Graphics Card. Core: 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz. Memory: 8GB RAMDisc C:: 477GB Storage. WiFi: 5GHz, IntelR Wi-Fi 6 160MHz. Other GPU: IntelR IrisR Xe Graphics. Memory Speed: 3200MHz. Laptop Is ASUS TUF DASH F15, Thunderbolt 4, WiFi 6 Support, DDR4-3200 RAM. HDMI Support, and Intel CORE: i7. I also use is 144Hz, set from the laptop settings, Also The Games I Play Are Valorant, Fortnite, Robl

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

I have lag in game but I have good internet and a good pc.

I have in multiple games lag. This is a bit strange because I have good Internet and I have a good pc.

The speed of my internet is 250Mbs and this are the conponents that are in my pc:

CPU: I5 8400

RAM: 8gb 2666mhz

GPU: gtx 1050 2gb

and the game is installed on a hdd, but I have got the possibility to transfer the game to an SSD.

I know is not the best pc ever, but lots of pages say that these conponents are good enough.

I dont why the games have lag (gta v and rainbow six siege), so can anyone help me please.

Video and audio lagging on Windows 10

I have tried every step that you suggested with no good results. I have a TOSHIBA SATELLITE L675D-S7049..

The exact problem is the video and the sound lags and makes a buzzing sound . it does it on all videos and sound. even on iTUNES
