Not able to connect windows phone to pc

After reset my Nokia lumia 520 (windows phone 8), i am not able to connect the phone to PC. when i connect using USB cable my phone was not listed under the portable device.

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.

 

Win Phone 8.1 Lumia 630 Phone to PC - USB connectivity issue

I need some help with Nokia Lumia 630 running Win 8.1. I'm trying to sync/browse files from my phone to PC (Win 7) using USB connection. The PC recognizes the phone and tries to install the driver but fails to locate/install required driver. I've gone
through "Windows Phone 8 is not detected by your computer" section and tried all of the suggested step but no luck. I've even downloaded the WinUsb .cab file to install it manually it keeps saying no driver found for the device. Also, I've Windows Phone
App for Desktop installed on the PC which doesn't move forward from "Connect you phone" step even though when the phone is connected.

My Nokia Lumia 630 shows under "Other Devices" in the Device Manager with ! on it.

Previously, I was using Lumia 521 (Win 8) which I was able to connect to the same PC without any driver issue. It was simply Plug N Play as it should be. I've uninstalled everything from Lumia 521 prior to trying to install my Lumia 630.

Anyone having similar issue or suggestion how to resolve this?
