Windows 10: Why is my pc randomly turning off during a game?

Hi, I would like to ask someone why is my pc randomly turning off during a game.OK, my monitor suddenly turns off when im playing and my pc is still on.I have to hold down the power button on my pc for 5 seconds.Then it reboots and it happens again when im online for like an Hour or when i just turn on a game or any program.I would like someone to tell me what is happening to my Computer it was normal but then it fell from like 15cm and then the error just keeps popping up
