Windows 10: Why is my pc so bad all the sudden, its so slow in everything, it seems like my graphics...

when i play for example minecraft im getting like 40 frames per second when i normally used to get like 600, and for roblox games im getting a max of like 15 frames per second. I have a:NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650 IntelR HD Graphics 4600 16.0 GB DDR3 Intel R Core TM i7-4790 CPU @ GHzI already updated my drivers so i cant tell what the issue is, its really annoying since this happened all the suddenAlso in my files its slow if i select alot of things at the same time.

PC slow with new graphics card

In an attempt to upgrade my old PC, I replaced my Geforce 9800 GT graphics card with a new Radeon RX580 graphics card. Unfortunately, with the new graphics card installed and my old graphics card removed, my PC takes 10 minutes to boot. Task manager shows
a high percentage of system interrupts after I login and my PC is too slow to use.

Interestingly, if my old and new graphics cards are installed, my problem completely goes away. I could just leave both graphics cards installed and disable my old card, but I'd really like to remove my old card to give my new card more
breathing space inside my case.

How do I make my PC responsive with my old graphics card removed and my new graphics card installed?

I've tried the following:

1. Used Display Driver Uninstaller to remove my old display drivers.
2. Physically disconnected all non-essential devices.
3. Used device manager to disable all non-essential devices.
4. Updated all drivers.
5. Used dsim and sfc /scannow to repair corrupt files (no corruptions found).
6. Used Microsoft Windows Performance Analyser to create an ETL file.

PC specs:

• Gigabyte ga-ud5-ex58 motherboard with F13 BIOS (latest version).
• Intel i7 920 CPU.
• 32GB RAM.
• Samsung SSD.
• Geforce 9800 GT graphics card.
• Windows 10.

 

PC all of a sudden takes <85 seconds to boot, why? (Windows 10)

I tried some more steps and diagnosed the problem. Turns out the graphics driver was causing the slow boot. After reinstalling the driver I'm back down to 21 seconds for a full boot which I'm happy with.

Steps taken to diagnose the problem:

• Unplug graphics card and reboot - 13 seconds for a full boot
  
• Plugged graphics card back in and reboot - 80 seconds
  
• Un-installed graphics driver and reboot - 18 seconds
  
• Re-installed graphics driver with a custom install and checked the "fresh install" option - 21 seconds
  

Hopefully this helps someone else with similar problems.
