Windows 10: Why is my pc turning on and off while factory reseting? Stuck at 64%

Hi! I bought a acer computer and i started factory reseting it. First it jumped to 30% the 64% and now its just stuck there and you cant do anything because it keeps turning on and off. When it turns on it said welcome then flashed the loading screen for the factory reset then it turned off. It keeps repeating this. What to do?

I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back

I'm posting this here because the other topics similar to this one haven't given me a solid solution. I had to do a factory reset on my PC because my laptop kept freezing after i installed an update (please bear in mind the laptop came pre-installed with
windows 10). It was installing fine until it got to 64% completion, and 1% installing drivers, it then got stuck, hasn't moved or restarted since. It's literally stuck on the installation screen.

What steps should i take next? I was thinking of manually forcing a shut down and then trying to restart it, but someone else mentioned that it doesn't work.

I have important files on this PC that i need to work with and i don't have any money to spend on repairs (the laptop is barley 2 months old).

It's urgent please.
