The minimum processor requirement given for win 11 upgrade is 1 Ghz, my processor is which is nearly 3 times more powerful than required. All other hardware requirements are passing except processor. Why is my windows 11 update failing hardware requirements ? I attached screenshots from PC health check for reference. Processor requirement published by Microsoft: 1 gigahertz GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip SoC.

    Hello, Gandalf.

I just checked the list of qualifying CPUs for Windows 11 and your CPU is not there.

  3. CPU not Qualified???

Hello, Everyone! Re Win 11 upgrade, I have a Dell Inspiron I37000 with an I7-6500U *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Its OS is Win10 Build 19042, which, incidentally, does not appear on the list of Windows 10 editions with qualified processors. Yet, this CPU appears on the list of qualified processors under Win10 1903 and 1909 Editions. PC Health Check says the CPU does not qualify for Windows 11 upgrade? What gives?

Intel Core i7-7500U CPU @ 2,70GHz support for Windows 11 upgrade

I have a beefy Win 10 PC which far exceeds all specs for a Win 11 upgrade, but the system upgrade health check is saying that my Intel Core i7-7500U CPU @ 2,70GHz is not supported. However, in Microsoft's list of supported processors (for a Win 11 upgrade) for PC's running Windows 10 21H2, this same processor is listed as supported. How do I get past this "unsupported CPU" message so that I can upgrade?
