    Why is my RAID0 disappearing?

Okay, so I have 2 x 8 TB HDD’s in RAID0 using the windows “create a striped volume” tool. Running windows 11. All drivers, OS, BIOS, etc are up to date. BIOS is set to RAID0. Whenever I put my pc into sleep mode and reawaken it, upon reawakening the RAID0 has completely vanished. Nowhere within Windows is it detected. I have to restart my PC in order for them to appear again. Any ideas as to how else to fix this? Thanks!

    :)

  2. Raid0

How do I remove raid0 from my Acer laptop? My 2TB drive is not showing and I am running out of disk space.

  3. Raid0 on older version of windows 1909

After hours of troubleshooting i figured out that raid0 is not supported for older versions of windows such as 1909 which i am trying to use, why is that and is there a way to get my raid array to work for it? 22h2 seems to work just fine whenever i install windows with raid0 but whenever i try to use 1909 on raid0 i get "iaStorAfs.sys is missing or corrupted" even though i am putting the correct drivers in during the windows setup, i use the same drivers as 22h2 and it worked fine, the problem only persist when i want to use 1909 version of windows.

if anyone can give me a explanation as to why this happens or a solution so that i can use raid0 on 1909 that would be great and solve my headache of an issue.

    the error code is 0xc0000098,

  4. Why is my RAID0 disappearing?

The 'Photos' app for photo viewing has disappeared.

I do not understand this, when I returned to the PC later today my original settings had returned to the start screen, including one other tile which I had also lost but had not yet re-instated. Also the original list of 'All apps' had returned to the start
screen, including 'Photos'. There is nothing that I am aware of having done that should have caused the original disappearance of some apps from the 'All apps' list and their associated tiles, or that could have caused them to return.

It has therefore been unnecessary to follow your suggested steps, though I have done so anyway and it works as suggested. Note that I had followed your steps 1 & 2 earlier which is why I knew 'Photos' had not disappeared from the PC but was simply not
visible on the 'All apps' list and hence my inability to re-pin the tile.

Thank you for your reply and understanding my frustration.
