Windows 10: Why is my RealTek HD audio in Other Devices in Device Manager?

Hi,After a Windows 10 reset my audio stopped working. I've tried all the update and troubleshooter optioins but none worked. I have a speaker and red cross icon. In Device there are no Sound, video or game controllers.Then I checked Device Manager and for some reason the Realtek HD Audio is listed in Other Devices in Device Manager. There are two instances of it and also an Unknown Device. I tried updating drivers by searching on my machine but got an Error 10.Does anyone why this is, and how to fix it?

No Playback Device Option in Realtek HD Audio Manager

I would like to switch the audio output between front headset and rear speaker in Realtek HD Audio Manager. I remember before there was a "Playback Device" option in the software. Then, choose "make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously" But it missing.

i didn't understand this step- 4. Install Realtek APO Driver through device manager, then using device manager update from Realtek APO Driver to the lastest offical realtek HD Audio
which inf file i should choose when installing Realtel APO driver folder and there are many inf files in the Realtek official HD Audio. which file to choose?
