Windows 10: Why is my screen black after i installed my new ram?

Yesterday i received my new Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM for my acer aspire 3 a314-32-p2qg laptop. And when i place the new ram, the screen was black while the power is on. I try resetting and even updated my BIOS but still not working.
