Windows 10: why is my screen blank

Hello, I would like to know the reason and solution to the problem that my laptop has a black screen, but if I use flash or if I get very close to it, I can see the screen, but it is black by 99%, knowing that I have connected HDMI it and the screen is working on the 2nd screen+brightness settings is high

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
