Windows 10: Why is my screen dimming when black my screen is mostly blocked?

Hi! My laptop which has perfectly been working fine has started to suddenly dim its screen when black appears? This hasn't happened for the time I was owning it and I was just wondering if there is any way to revert this change.

I tried googling Windows Ten, "how to dim screen," but the layout listed is not the layout I have. I just got Ten yesterday. How do you dim the screen?

I can't even find the options in the Display section.
