Windows 10: why is my screen flickering and how can i fix it?

my laptop screen randomnly flickers like when i reload sites and move from one page in my browsers to another i wanted to try deinstalling and reinstalling my graphic driver but fear won't let me i checked if my task manager also flickers and it does when i go in an out of it, i mainly use my browsers on my laptop mainly bcs of work and the random flickering is just scary and distacting. PLS HELP

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
